On his blog for the New York Post, Mike Puma writes about how Fred Wilpon says that Omar Minaya will be back for 2011. The question was asked by a reporter if Omar Minaya will be the Mets' GM beyond this year. Fred Wilpon responded with, "Is the sun going to come up tomorrow?"

This love affair that the Wilpon's have with Omar Minaya has got to stop. I don't understand how they do not see that he is just not the right man for this job. However, there is still 50+ games to be played in 2010. This gives Fred plenty of time to change his mind and I hope he does for the teams sake.
