The Rangers have reached an agreement with INF Alex Cora who was released by the Mets earlier this month. He will report to Triple-A and will likely join the big league club in about a week.
I am happy for Alex as he had always been a stand up guy while in NY. I'm glad he will get the chance to play for contender and get another shot at a ring as his career winds down.
